At Perfect Coordinates, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy return and refund options.


1. Return Window

We accept returns within 12 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Any product that shows visible signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at perfect.coordinates2002@gmail.com within 12 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear photos (if applicable).
  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • In cases of defective or wrong items, we will arrange a reverse pickup (subject to availability) or reimburse shipping costs upon approval.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders).

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account or payment method again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at perfect.coordinates2002@gmail.com.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was delivered. To exchange an item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
